I stayed at Kaori B&B on 15th Oct 2025 for one night, in the Standard Double/Twin Room. Kaori B&B is one of the best hostels I have stayed in! The location was fantastic, 3min walk to the Chishang train station, next door to a supermarket, next door to Family Mart convenience store (24hr), 1min walk from the night market on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and close to many restaurants and eating places. The room was very clean, quiet, and spacious. It was on the third floor and there was a lift. There were also many small things that showed the hostel was thinking about guests; such as a free minibar, free bicycles (which was useful to cycle to Dapo pond (5mins) and brown boulevard (20mins), free vouchers/discounts at selected partners such as restaurants and shops, slippers for the room, and a balcony with a washing machine and area to dry clothes. There was also a cooking stove and kitchen sink (which I did not use). The bed was also slightly firmer which was great! Had small issue when using the self-check in kiosk (scanner was not working), but gave the staff a call on the phone and they arrived within 2mins. Before arriving, the hostel sent an email with a code to enter the reception area (which is not always manned), and there is a sign in the reception area with information on how to contact the staff. Staff were friendly and helpful and gave tips on things to do and places to eat. While slightly more expensive than other alternatives in the area, it was worth every penny and perhaps more! Would definitely stay here again!

The host is extremely helpful and kind to us. She gave great advices as we needed and helped us arrange bookings. She even brought us medical to prevent sea sick on the ferry. We are highly recommend this host.

都蘭小星民宿 Dulan Star Guest House si trova a Donghe, a 1,7 km da Qianqiao Beach e a 19 km da Taitung Night Market. La struttura mette a disposizione il WiFi gratuito e un giardino. we enjoyed our stay so much, the moment you enter the guesthouse you feel very cozy and like home. the place is very clean and the facilities are great. Lin is a great host and we would highly recommend this place. we definitely come back! ☺️ also you can reach the beautiful dulan mountain hike close to the guesthouse :)
