We really liked the wonderful family of Adlyn and Eroll and their two so nice kids. They provided us with heartful and loving stay throughout our 4 weeks. The location in Brooklyn is in the center and close to 2 subway stations easily taking us to all over Manhattan and Bronx in a short time.

Featuring a garden, The Waltham: AirTrain & 5min to JFK offers accommodation in Queens, the guest house is also 7 km away from Arthur Ashe Stadium. Free WiFi is available. We had a great stay. The room is spacious & very clean. We were greated by the lovely cat Mia who loved to be petted. It's a bit far from the city centre but a 20 min. train ride gets you there for a very affordable price. Prior to arriving, the host sent me a message with several tips which helped a lot. Thank you for the pleasent stay Ricardo. If we ever visit New York again, we'll rebook this.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the space itself was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. I’ll admit I was a bit unsure when booking, since the property is new on Booking and didn’t have many reviews yet — but I’m so glad I chose it. It exceeded my expectations in every way. Highly recommended!

Right next to clubs and great delis, you have 6 min walking access to the subway trains which was very convenient for travel. The price is unmatched comps to location.
