At first, it is quite hard to find but because of that, it makes the location perfect. Only a few mins to walk out to the main street of the old quarter yet its a bit down by the alley so you CAN'T hear the honk-honk from the hustle bustle city. Easily go here and there anytime. The owner doesn't speak English yet the communication was nice and smooth with the translator, they were also VERY helpful and ATTENTIVE with the information we needed. They gave the guests lots of sweets and candies, teas and coffees in the room and kitchen (even INSTANT NOODLE!), FREE water refill ( so we dont waste more plastic bottles), and the room was spacious!!! I can practice yoga on the carpet! SOmehow our glass bottle broke and the water spilled on the floor. I cleaned it with white towel and surprised i didnt see dirt on the towel. So it is just proof that they maintain the cleanliness of the property very well. I love everything they offer. WORTH every penny. Wi-fi is also good for business video calls. Super worth the value. Spending 3 nights there and expected to stay longer yet the place was already full. Too bad 😔 Thanks a lot RIK (and his partner) I def recommend you to my friends and family.

I loved my stay in this charming vietnamese house located in the heart of Hanoi. Everything is nearby, you can walk around to do all your activities. The Hoan Kiem lake is 2 min away.

The property is in a fantastic location – just in front of the lake, near the Old Quarter, and the bus station. Everything you need is nearby. The host was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The place was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

I stayed here for about three weeks, and I have to say it was totally worth it! The location is perfect , you really couldn’t find a better one. The room was always clean and quiet, and the host was extremely helpful and kind. What else can I say? Highly recommended for both short and long stays. You have everything you need around you, and you can even organize all your trips directly from here. If I come back to Hanoi, I’ll definitely know where to stay. See you soon! 🌟

Objekat Old House Homestay, koji je smešten u centru grada Hanoj, u ponudi ima smeštaj sa vrtom i pogledom na vrt, kao i zajednički salon i terasu. I found the most amazing place! It's a hidden gem in the middle of the old district. Despite its very central location, the accommodation is super quiet because it's on the third floor of a rear building. It's clean and very spacious. There's even a small balcony. The owner is super friendly and very helpful. He even helped me carry my luggage and drove me to the bus stop on my last day.

Objekat Huong’s Family homestay se nalazi u centru grada Hanoj, na 12 min. The host is probably the most welcoming person in my life. Communicating with him was very easy and he was always ready to help. Price is very low, and you get everything you need (at least I had everything I need). Very good location: Hanoi Train Street is in 5 minutes walk from the place. Also, I told a host that I'm digital nomad (a kind of), and while I was not asking for anything, I was almost immediately provided with a convenient table.
