Excellent. Really a very comfortable and chic place. Difficult to write a review since they are brand new at time of writing - I provided a little feedback on very, very minor things. It was a really great place, I hope they do well. Pricey compared to other hostels in Cordoba, but the quality of the hostel is much higher than any that I stayed at in Cordoba, and I stayed in at least 5.

I was here for a few days. The hostel has a great location from where you can reach everyhting quickly. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The hostel itself is super comfortable and has some beautiful outdoor area and a café as well. I can fully recommend to stay here when you come to Cordoba.

I spent three weeks at 531 Hostel and it was an amazing experience. The location is very good and most of the things are 15 minutes walking. The richest part of my stay was meeting the amazing staff that works at the hostel. They were really caring and welcoming. I had a great time overall and I'm already missing our special dinners together when they taught me how to make tortillas or when we cooked traditional Brazilian food. The hostel itself is really good and the people I met there made all the difference. Highly recommend staying in 531 Hostel and if you do so, send hugs in my name! Chicos, muchas gracias! Ya saben lo especial que son para mi, los extraño muchíssimo!

The house is beautiful and I wasn't expecting to see a swimming pool in there! It should be great to enjoy it during summer time. Javier is the perfect host! A great welcoming and friendly discussions with him make you feel like you are at the right place! The location is also nice and convenient, very near Paseo de las Artes which start being filled around 17:00 with lots of people enjoying bars and restaurants. Güemes is maybe the best area of Cordoba, I loved it!

The people were very nice. It wasn't easy because only a few were able to speak english but everybody tried to communicate and they even invited me for dinner or to parties!

Hostel Roots is a great place to chill, with very friendly people. The rooftop terrace is amazing and it has a big, fully equipped kitchen with amenities that are rare to find in hostels usually. The staff and volunteers make the place very fun, in a relaxed atmosphere where you can easily share with other travellers. The place is super clean, dorms have ac which is necessary in the summer in Córdoba!
