Tastefully decorated hostel situated at one of the charmest neighborhoods of Santiago and also safest. Very clean and proper and the employees that work there are 5 star ⭐ employees. Very helpful. It's by far one of the most nice hostels I ever been. Very professional and with character. Also the breakfast is super good. Strongly recommended ❤️

A very well located stay, with very comfy interiors and terrace. Rooms are not big, but big enough to rest during the night. Beds are pretty good too and staff is very helpful and accommodating. Definitely give it a shot if you are in Santiago.

Friendly ,prompt reception, loan of a lock to store my luggage, a terramoto complimentary drink at departure time, map, taxi to the airport ordered for me, conversations with staff, directions to the sculpture park, ability to buy yogourt and a sandwich on site and enjoy complimentary teas and coffee, proximity to museums such as Museo cuidadano Vicuna Mackenna and Museo de Bellas Artes.

This is my second stay here, merely for the location to access the airport bus and have a proper included breakfast. Would choose here again for convenience and price. The single room is not spacious but good for a short stay and excellent value compared to other places.
