At first I found the staff unfriendly but quickly came to realize that Estonians are not particularly warm people, they are more neutral in their demeanour. They are helpful and the hostel is very clean. It would be nice if they have a bit of a briefing upon arrival as to where things are, hours for the sauna, that there’s waffles included, etc. Most hostels do this and it’s helpful. I was attending a conference next door so it was quite convenient to be next door.

Wonderful staff! Open, kind, attentive and present 24 h. Excellent location in the old town: lot of worth visiting museums nearby; 5 minutes to Viru Gates; 15 minutes to train station; the main bus station, Kalamaja neighbourhood, Kadriorg Park are about at 30 minutes walking; Clean, comfortable, very friendly athmosphere. Every facility works. Very nice common room and co-working space. There is a cycling rental shop at ground floor. Thank you very much and keep doing the good work! Interesting experience is to live in a hangar. I was satisfied completely. The price-quality ratio is excellent. I stayed in the hostel for one night before the flight and I can say that it is a great option. It is convenient that you can get into the hostel through a code lock. And I also felt the hospitality of the hosts.
