I felt really safe and also like I was at home. It was super close to transport and safe to walk to and from the tube. The staff are amazing and the site is so clean and relaxing.

Everything was great for the price. Staff were amazing and hospitable, particularly Aitor and the cute Romanian guy - I never got his name! Every other night they host optional get togethers with staff and guests if you want to get social and make friends - I had a good time. The location is right behind the museum, and close to other great places in London.

Loved the curtain on the bed for a bit of privacy, staff were always friendly, and facilities were always lovely and clean. Having lockers in the room gave added comfort, knowing belongings were safe.
