Some of the best staff I’ve met ever at a hostel. Hostel world messed up my booking, but the staff were very kind and supporting of this. The hostel is in an excellent location, and it’s super easy to get anywhere. Clean, good value, and has a pub in it. There's great breakfast that costs only 3 pounds. There's a dart board and if you get bull's eye you can get a free coffee. Special shoutout to Rhys who helped out with resolving everything, I think if he was not working that day I could have had a very different experience, as there was no obligation for this hostel to help as it was a problem on Hostel worlds end. And also a special mention to Gabby and Abdul who were very kind and helpful always during my stay, going well beyond their job to help.

We love Lee Abbey. This was our second stay there in two months. The location is fabulous. The atmosphere is really friendly. The evening meal and breakfasts are really tasty and plentiful. The vibes at OneFam are so chill, and the crew there are like instant friends. They're super welcoming and always down for a chat or to give you the lowdown on the best spots to hit up in Notting Hill and London overall. Making friends here was a breeze. Whether we were bonding over morning coffee in the cozy common area or heading out together to explore Portobello Road, it felt like we'd known each other forever. And let me tell you, the memories we made are ones I'll treasure forever. The hostel itself is a total gem. The rooms are comfy and cute, and I felt totally safe and snug during my whole stay. Plus, being right in the heart of Notting Hill meant I was just steps away from all the cool cafes, and vintage shops. So yeah, if you're a solo traveler looking for a home away from home (with a side of good vibes and great company), I can't recommend OneFam enough. Trust me, it's the kind of place that'll leave you with a smile on your face and a bunch of new friends by your side.
