The facilities were clean and staff were really helpful. I was going to take a cab to the airport but after speaking to the staff, they saved me more than EUR 10 by telling me how to get to the bus station to take the airport shuttle bus. They also helped to book my Etna tour - fussed free! Oh morning coffee was GREAT too. It's easy to just head out to a nearby panificio and grab some yummy bakes for breakfast and have it together with the complimentary coffee! Besides, it's also really easy to meet new people and have a chat or two. Overall a great place!

All hostel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Although the breakfast was simple, they were quite satisfying. The hostel’s location is also excellent. The city center is easily accessible, and a bus station is conveniently located within a five-minute walk, offering routes to various surrounding areas.

Located in the center of Catania, Ostello degli Elefanti is set in a historic building. Guests can relax on the sun terrace.

Everything about this place was really nice! It felt like it brought in really cool people as well. The location was perfect for my stay, super close to everything, so much good food! And the staff was very helpful and very kind! Also... The house wine was divine, and SO cheap! I wish I could have stayed longer and I will ultimately make it a point to come back in the future!

people is super nice and helpful. place is like new. is one of the cheapest price for a private room in Catania but place is really nice and comfortable.
