One of the coziest and most beautiful guesthouses we stayed in! Even though the building itself is old, it has a charm and the facilities are updated and very comfortable for my family and I. The location is slightly away from the main tourist street, but this also means its quieter and just a short walk away. Highly recommended for your stay in Otaru.

The welcome drink was delicious! I came late and wanted to walk around the area before turning in, or I would have stayed and drank more. I wish the bar were open earlier because I wanted to get at least one more drink before leaving the next day.

Best stay ever! The people were really nice!!! It really felt like a community, and even if you don’t want to socialise, it’s only in the common area so you don’t have to worry about loud noises. The location is actually really good- it’s within walking distance of everything, just a little up the mountain from the canal but it’s really close to the mountain and all the shrines. The facilities were great- the kitchen even had seasoning! Also you could rent out basically anything you need + there were drinks and instant ramen that you could buy any time

The house had everything we needed. Having access to the kitchen to cook was great. The parking space was also very handy.
