SpainThis hostel deserves more rating, yes maybe there is not atmosphere but that is because Shymkent is not touristic or attracting backpackers as Almaty. However the location and the facilities are amazing, and the staff helpful and nice. The hostel is huge with plenty space to seat or chill.

GermanyThis was the best hostel I have ever stayed in. everything was so functional and comfortable and extremely clean. but the absolute highlight is the staff! Despite the language barrier, they were all so wonderfully friendly, helpful and accommodating and made the stay special!

Everything was perfect almost the standard of a hotel (bathroom, towels, etc) Sparkling clean, huge common space to hangout, speaking English staff really helpful about how to commute , what to see and do in the city.
