The owner and his family were very kind and treated us like family. When he went shopping, he asked us if we needed anything and bought it for us. In the evening he offered us beer and gave us the opportunity to sit in the garden. They made us a delicious breakfast. Spacious and very clean room that smelled nice. Thank you very much for stay

The host and location were fantastic, situated right by the entrance to Medaketiya Beach with safe swimming area and close to the stunning Mangrove Beach and national parks. The service was unexpectedly excellent, and the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options for the price. Best lassi in this area.

It's a wonderful quiet place, really close to the beach. The beds are extremely comfortable and don't make any noise when someone gets in and out. Also you can use the kitchen with a fridge upstairs!

This is single 8 bed dorm joined to a beautiful cafe. The dorm beds are cleaned everyday and are super modern and comfortable. Wished I could’ve stayed longer - maybe best value for money in Hiriketiya. The staff are also so welcoming and accomodating.

Such a nice place to stay! The rooms and facilities are very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the staff are welcoming and helpful. Great value for the price. The location is also ideal – close to the main road and only a short walk (600m) to Hiriketiya Beach.

Amazing accommodation for affordable price. Large porch for chilling and exercising was a huge plus for me. Staff are nice and varied breakfast was included. I’ve met some new friends including manager Anoj, who is super helpful.

The hostel seems to be quite new and located in the main street to Hiriketiya Bay. I sayed here with my friend for two nights and the experience was positive. The manager, Sameera, and his assistant were really friendly and welcoming. They were always going above and beyond to make sure that all our demands were met. The breakfast was very local and delicious. The restaurant operated throughout the day until dinner time, and it was responsibly priced while making it one of the best places to try out some local cousins in Hiriketiya. The wifi worked well on the ground floor where we stayed, which helped me to do some work while staying there.. The beds in the dorm room were very comfortable and modern, and each had our own towel. All the beds had bed lamps as well as fans. Also, the hostel offers us free lockers to keep our valuables with was great. We had a shared washroom, and it was clean while there were a few more other washrooms in the property. The location is about 5 mins away from the beach as well as towards the main road, which I found to be a good advantage. Recommend for both budget travellers and food lovers! Thank you, team. A very clean and comfortable hostel a short walk from Hiriketiya Beach and within walking of Dikwella Beach. The staff were super welcoming and helpful, i definitely recommend this spot! :)
