The view is absolutely spectacular. There are plenty of little quiet areas to watch the sunset or just take in the beauty around the property. The pool area is large and well laid out. There are areas for working, eating, talking or just getting some sun. The rooms are very spacious and well appointed. The bathroom, yes, it's salt water, but that just doesnt bother me. The staff and owner are all welcoming and kind. The restaurant food is great. I ate there every day at least once and enjoyed everything I had. The property has a few dogs that are free roaming, all very nice puppies. HUSH is an absolutely excellent place to experience some peace and quiet, enjoy amazing views, and eat great food. You do not have to leave the property if you don't want too. If you do chose to walk the path down to Maderas Beach, just be in relatively decent physical shape, or take shuttle or the main road. The path is definitely not for everyone. HUSH is not however a luxury experience. And I say that only because it seems like some reviewers expected it to be. It's beautiful, it's peaceful, it's clean, it's comfortable, but it is not high end luxury. No one is providing turn down service and putting chocolates on your pillows. Not everything is brand new. Not everything is soft and fluffy. But it is comfortable and clean and the view alone is worth every penny.

Beautiful hostel, chilled but sociable. A little way out of town so not the ideal place if you want to be in the thick of it but in exchange you get the peace of the jungle and an amazing setting. Staff all very friendly and helpful, would definitely go back.

Everything about this place is great. Best sunset you’ve ever seen. Our private room was huge, clean and very comfortable. Free breakfast is great and very chill atmosphere.
