This was my second stay here and liked it just as much as the first! Super convenient location, two kitchens and two lounges, comfy beds with invidivual curtains/plugs/lights in the dorms. Would definitely recommend!

Renovated in 2015, Urbanz offers accommodation in downtown Christchurch. The building features a range of rooms with either shared or private bathrooms.

Everything is very well organised, huge lounge area, the staff were amazing, bedrooms and toilets were great! They are renovating the kitchen and it is awesome! Location is also a plus, very close to the city centre and top spots!

I liked being close to the beach and the library. Also, having bus stops nearby was very handy. Staff were friendly and hospitable and the facilities were clean and tidy.

Excellent location in the centre of Christchurch, bus stop just round the corner, 5 minute's walk. Excellent customer service, Manager / Owner very helpful and will go out of his way to ensure you have the perfect stay. Clean bathrooms, plenty of hot water for showers. Clean and tidy kitchens. Clean rooms with a comfortable bed. I loved the back garden and BBQ area the Manager / Owner has developed, a very homely, relaxing and comfortable place to spend the evening and meet up with fellow travelers from around the world. The next time I am in Christchurch I shall be back to stay at this hostel and shall recommend this accommodation to others while holidaying in Christchurch.
