The location is great; close to tram and bus stations, and getting to the major attractions is just a 15-minute walk. The beds were comfortable, with privacy curtains, individual outlets, and lockers for security.

In the centre of Budapest, the Maverick Budapest Soho hostel is 750 meters from the Deák Ferenc Tér transfer station for all 3 city’s metro lines; it features air-conditioned rooms, free WiFi in all... Absolutely the best Hostel I have stayed in while travelling 8 European countries. So welcoming and helpful with everything. Thank you Honni for nailing every suggestion of places to see or restaurants to experience, she read my personality perfectly! The beds comfortable, private and lock boxes underneath. The facilities are beautiful with lots of place to lounge a beautiful kitchen/dining room superbly equipped. Location was perfect for access to all transportation and lots of great dining, shopping and nightlife. After 6 nights I actually felt emotional leaving 😂

Everything is new and the even try to improve it further. The location around is also nice and safe for travelers. Very friendly people there. Kitchen is fully fledged with all stuff a normal guy needs. It even got a nice Coffee-Machine which serves drinks for Free.

It’s a stunning place to stay, and I enjoyed every part of it: the lighting, the artwork, the atmosphere. Beyond the beauty of the space, the experience was even better thanks to the people who work there. From the team at the reception to the manager, everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. I felt very well taken care of at all times. I would 100% come back. I had an amazing stay here. Highly recommended.
