The coworking area is very comfortable. The place is also very near the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Breakfast is spectacular.

Secure parking. The location is situated close to bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies market, pizzerias, and most importantly close to the beach.

Location is excellent - a bustling small town with decent connectivity to go everywhere, very close to a bus station 3. Very clean and spacious 4. Good and large common areas to hangout 5. Bicycles to borrow to go nearby if you want it, I borrowed (free of cost) to go biking around the lake 6. Decent kitchen to make breakfast/meals and always available free coffee 7. They have a water filter so you don't have to make a lot of plastic waste buying single use bottles. 8. Decent wifi, worked generally well
