Per chi vuole si può affittare anche bici. L'oste Mohamed, persona squisita, sempre disponibile, ci ha risolto molti problemi. È stato possibile prenotare la crociera da Aswan a Luxor tramite Heasman, persona di sua fiducia a un prezzo davvero conveniente. Consiglio vivamente questa location, ci tornerei volentieri.

I could see that the staff made a real effort to keep everything organised. The beds are comfortable, the air conditioning works excellently, and the social area is very good. The location is also convenient, close to everything you might need. The only downside is that there is just one bathroom. So if you have any commitments, I recommend planning your schedule, especially in the morning, to avoid delays. Overall, I had a very good stay.

Ahmad at the reception is very helpful, patient, and always ready to assist. Mohamed, who prepares the breakfast, is such a pleasant and hardworking guy. You can really feel the teamwork here...It’s sincere and priceless. About the hostel itself: don’t expect luxury. It’s very affordable and decent, more like staying in a typical Egyptian home. That’s actually part of its charm ...it feels natural, simple, and homely. Facilities are good for the price, and the atmosphere is relaxed and authentic. If you’re not overly sensitive about living standards and appreciate a local, home-style experience, this place is a great choice. Highly recommended for budget travelers who value location, warmth, and genuine hospitality over fancy extras.

Very good value for a private room with breakfast. I appreciate that they upgraded my single room to a double room.
