They allowed me to enter my room a bit before check in time, and they were kind enough to take care of my bag with valuables at the reception. They did movie night and adapted to the guests suggestions and wishes. The buffet was great. The chime button to enter the buffet broke, and i saw them fix it before my breakfast was over! The location was a short walk from anywhere of interest! And the building was gorgeous, from the historical core till the up-to-date interior design. It felt very warm and comfortable at all times.
