Everything was wonderful , Roberto arze was just incredibly helpful , hospitable , very genuine person , we felt like home from the moment we arrive to the moment we left … the location is in the heart but at the same time quite . Private parking is available on site. I really like their service, all the staff are friendly and always there to help you solving your problems. Their reception is 24/7 so you will always get local help when you need! My flight is early and have to take 6am metro, Tina explained very detailed and I love it. The food are nice too, their breakfast has many variety to choose. Bed is comfortable. All in all I love almost everything

At the hostel, the rooms include a wardrobe. The check in process was smooth. Cory showed me the room and explained the facilities in the hostel. Free churros and snack in every morning was amazing. The bed was comfortable and it come with a privacy curtain. The bunk bed frame was very stable and no shaking when my bunkmate were moving or climbing the bed.

Persons with motor disabilities who require assistance should contact the hostel directly after making their reservation, as they may be assigned a top bunk in shared rooms, as not all rooms are adapted. We were in the black out day, and the hostel staff was very friendly. We were 10 hours without food and the gave us for free some snacks and fruits. Very friendly, very nice, and very human from them. I highly recommend this place ❤️

The location of the hostel was absolutely central, close to metro and with all attractions and shopping areas in walking distance (max 20 minutes of walking). The staff was also really good. I would like to give a special shout out to Ana who was ALWAYS extremely friendly and helpful regardless of the time. She was super friendly and helpful even when she was really busy, she would ensure and take out time to help and assist everyone.

All of the rooms at the Hostal Art feature an en-suite bathroom with amenities and a hairdryer. I liked everything, it was very clean. Small, but comfy. Great location.
