The building has a fascinating history and is really well set-up even for longer stays, with a great shared kitchen with pretty much everything you need to cook your own meals, en suite toilets plus a shared shower, very comfortable beds and access to a beautiful lakeside. WiFi was fast, with solid signal in our room. Our host was very friendly and told us loads about the site, and we were also allowed to use the sauna by the lakeside. Our dog was very welcome at no extra charge. Off-road parking is available out the front of the building.

At the hostel, each room has a wardrobe. With a shared bathroom, certain rooms at Kyläkaupan Motelli also offer a balcony. Guest rooms will provide guests with a fridge. The Motel is the best choice for a Moto trip. Unfortunately i had only one day in my travel schedule to stay there. Nice environment around of the Motel with options to drive dusty roads.

Very friendly and helpful staff with good customer -oriented training. Well organized clean comfortable hostel. Spacious lounge and well equipped kitchen. Lidl is at the corner. Super convenient. Even after checking out, you can leave the baggage until midnight. It's great for people who take a night bus but want to sightsee the city.
