Bagni molto puliti, letti comodi con tutto il necessario (luce, porta USB per ricaricare i telefoni..), staff molto accogliente e disponibile, posizione comodissima vicino alla stazione. Il centro si raggiunge molto rapidamente con un tram davanti alla stazione.

Hostel is in 2 blocks. Location is quiet and spacious with plenty of paring and room for kids. Not as good as one in cancale for small kids but probably better for older kids. Room was more spacious, the breakfast options were not as good as canacale but still very good. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Kitchen faciltiies were smaller than cancale but still plenty adaquate for cooking and storage room and common areas were very clean. electrical sockets were better located. Short walk into the village and approx 10 minutes drive to the white sand beach

Excellent staff, I was unaware of the check in by 10pm, the front desk called. I informed them I wouldn't arrive before 11 and they waited for me. The peoples at the reception demonstrated exemplary customer service. My daughter started an ear infection overnight, they provided me with details for a private clinic to have her see a doctor in addition to all the great information on Rouen and its surroundings. Very pleased with my stay.
