And there’s a lot to do like activities from jet ski, kayaking, zip lining etc.

Was given a big, warm and enthusiasm welcome upon my arrival. The volunteers made you feel like you were a beloved family member and swept you away on organized outings and pointed you to the free snorkels and beach gear. There are morning yoga classes in the yoga studio, and the gorgeous, abundant family dinner was the cherry on top.

All rooms at the accommodation have air conditioning and a safety deposit box. I liked the location, it is just a short walk to the city center, but far enough to allow for quiet nights. The hostel has a wonderful balcony with a phenomenal view of the blue sea. The kitchen allows for a social atmosphere and the large dining table was fun to meet new people at/drink before going out. Each bed comes with a large drawer underneath, which I found very nice to put my things in. The two women who work reception were so lovely, and so were the cleaners!

The location is great, the value is wonderful, staff are amazing and friendly. The beds are comfortable which is why I booked my stay here. It is quiet here as well. Everything was perfect, I recommend this hostel to everyone.

En Route Hostel is situated in Split, a 15-minute walk from the UNESCO-listed Diocletian's Palace and a 10-minute walk from the locally popular Bačvice Beach. Among the facilities of this property are a 24-hour front desk and a cash machine, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The room was really quiet despite the fact that there were 22 beds which worried me but it felt like a two bed room. The hostel is very clean (bathroom, kitchen, reception and everything). The girl at the reception spoke very good english and she was super friendly and welcoming! We also met really nice people at the reception so i generally had an excellent experience with the hostel and it is budget friendly. All in all, i’d definitely book again if i ever come to Croatia, split!

The hostel was such a cute family run business and provided everything one could need for a lovely stay in the area. Super friendly owners who worked there, I would absolutely recommend to anyone passing through Makarska. Social vibe as well, 10/10
