The dorms had comfortable layouts and the facilities were always clean. The staff are awesome, trying to get everyone mingling about and helping with tips! The breakfast spread was superb, too!

Located in Glengarriff and with Hungry Hill reachable within 26 km, Glengarriff Hostel provides a shared lounge, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi and a terrace. I really enjoyed my stay! The hostel was very clean and pleasant, both the rooms and the kitchens were spotless. The staff was extremely friendly and always ready to help. The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable.

Betty is amazing and made me feel warm and at home over Christmas. Her genuine love for hosting is very apparent and the upkeep of the property is remarkable! WIll definitely go again to get away from the city. The fresh air and stunning scenery were a great change.

Set in Cork, 1.4 km from University College Cork, Direct Travel Stays offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a shared lounge. The property is very clean, huge and has great facilities. The twin room we stayed in was clean with towels and a hairdryer provided. The kitchen is very well stocked with many snacks and drinks, and breakfast was especially great with fresh croissants and scones. The host was very friendly, and accommodated to our needs such as early check in and storing of luggage. The location is generally safe in a residential area and is in close proximity to the city centre. Overall a fantastic place to stay at a great value point.

The Nest Boutique Hostel offers a majority of double and twin ensuite rooms which have comfy beds, soft linen, power showers, fridges and contemporary Irish art work. Ir is a very cosy beautiful hostel in Salthill, like 20-30 minutes walk from Galway Eyre square. We stayed in a 6-bed dorm with my cool 68 yrs old mom and it was very comfy. Bathroom is clean, the breakfast is more than enough, the staff is lovely. The location is also vey good, because Salthill is a very nice place to stay and wander around.
