The Hostel Stories in Varkala is an incredibly friendly place to stay if you're visiting Varkala. I’ve been there for three weeks, and from the very first day, I felt at home—even though it was my first time in India! The hostel has a beautiful garden with hammocks, chairs, and fruit trees, always filled with good vibes and friendly people to chat with. The atmosphere is both calm and welcoming, making it easy to connect with other travelers while also having space to relax on your own. If you're traveling solo, I promise you won’t feel lonely! There’s also a lovely terrace where you can practice yoga early in the morning, hang your clothes to dry, or simply lie back and watch the stars at night. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the hostel is just a short walk from the South Cliff, where you’ll find the amazong ocean, cafés, restaurants, and all the shops you might need. A huge thank you to Pintu and all the staff at the hostel—you made my stay unforgettable!

The owner is very helpful and knowledgeable about kochi. The beds are comfortable. Location is great. There’s much needed AC in the room, set at a comfortable temperature

This honestly is well managed and clean. The staff is very kind and efficiently helped us with bike rent and laundry. The room was clean and comfortable.

Crossroads Hostel 1957 asub Wayanadis, 18 km kaugusel kultuuripärandi muuseumist. Kohapeal on tasuta jalgrattad, tasuta eraparkla, aed ja ühine puhkeruum. I had the perfect stay at crossroads, amazing vibe and the setting was perfect. Can easily hire a bike if u want to explore Wayanad or sit back a relax, really felt like i was home. I could of easily stayed for weeks even after extending my stay. Hospitality was so nice and the food served by the chef was amazing with huge portions and with little cost. Oh and theres a dog that will follow u around if u feed him biscuits 😃 see u soon guys!

3R Residency Munnar asub Munnaris, Munnari teemuuseumist 14 km ja Mattupetty tammist 23 km kaugusel. Kohapeal on ühine puhkeruum, tasuta WiFi-ühendus ja tasuta eraparkla. Just a great Location and very nice and clean rooms! A beautiful View from the balkony on top of the Hostel, which is accesable for everyone! The owner was such a nice and helpful Guy, he gave us good advice for daytrips and helped with the booking of my Sleeper-Bus for next day!

Kochill - Relax & Stay - asub Cochinis, 600 meetri kaugusel Fort Kochi rannast. Kohapeal on turismiinfo ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus. The owners, Babu and Kurumi are really kind and helpful. Also the room was clean and comfortable. We had good times in the common area: chilling, talking with others or playing carrom - unforgettable. The Miso soup is a must-try!

Situated in Varkala, within 700 metres of Varkala Beach and 38 km of Ashtamudi Lake, Roameo, Varkala - A Cowork by The Hostel Stories features accommodation with a garden and free WiFi throughout the... Everything! The vibe, the people I met. Especially the host, pintoo. He was just amazing, very accomodating and helpful. The place was clean, good WiFi and good food.
