I was going to take a cab to the airport but after speaking to the staff, they saved me more than EUR 10 by telling me how to get to the bus station to take the airport shuttle bus. They also helped to book my Etna tour - fussed free! Oh morning coffee was GREAT too. It's easy to just head out to a nearby panificio and grab some yummy bakes for breakfast and have it together with the complimentary coffee! Besides, it's also really easy to meet new people and have a chat or two. Overall a great place!

Guest rooms include a safety deposit box. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was fantastic and other visitors were quiet and kind. The facilities were amazing.

With free Wi-Fi access private rooms and dormitories are all decorated with original frescos. I love the hostel. Its beautiful and perfectly located. It is in an old palace with high ceilings and paintings on them. Very spacious and comfortable rooms Air conditioning Additional stairs to get into the bunk bed with the function of bedside table Rooftop terrace bar with Amazing view! They welcomed me with a free plate of pasta and they offer free pasta every night at 8:30 and also make breakfast every morning. Very friendly staff! I would definitely recommend it and even repeat myself.

Dormitories offer a locker, power outlet and private light, and a shared bathroom. This is an excellent place to stay. You can meet many people from diverse nationalities. Very friendly staff. Nice prices at the bar. The rooms and facilities are very clean. I could also practice my Italian with the staff and the ambient is made to have a social vibe in the common areas. Very good location, near to the local fish markets and Quattro Canti which is the touristic heart of Palermo. This an exceptional hostel, also the train station close to the hostel for going straight away to the airport which is Palermo Lolli which is less than a 10 minutes walk.
