I stayed in a single room, which was spacious and comfortable, offering a relaxing experience. The restrooms and shower facilities were clean and well-maintained, and to top it off, there was even an open-air bath. It was the perfect way to unwind and soothe my travel fatigue. This is a place I would love to return to as a base for exploring Asuke.

Open from June 2015, Glocal Nagoya Backpackers Hostel offers modern accommodation, just a 7-minute walk from JR Nagoya Station. Guests can enjoy various beverages at the on-site bar or cafe. Staff, location, facilities - everything! Icchan and the rest of the staff were really nice and attentive, and the place and facilities were clean and well thought of. It's only a 10 min walk to Nagoya station and the subway. I left a hat that I really liked at a cafe in Sakae and Icchan was nice enough to call the cafe and was able to recover my hat! They also recovered my watch that I lost in the dorm room when I was packing to leave. They are kind enough to keep it for me until I visit again in a few months. :)

Trochu neobvyklý malý hostinec v centru nákupní ulice poblíž nádraží Nagoya. Otevřeno v dubnu 2015. I stayed for the Formula 1 Japanese Grand Prix weekend. I was travelling alone and the staff were very nice upon check in. Capsule dorm was clean and shower room was great. Hair dryer and straighters/curlers were available which was great for a backpacker like myself! Took about 15 minutes for me to walk to Nagoya train station. There’s a family mart 2/3 minute walk away too. Not loud at night in the area so I got a great night sleep every time. 10/10 would recommend

The staff were exceedingly friendly, all of them went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The room wear provided is a nice touch and the tied floor lounge was a great place to relax. I will definitely be back!
