Staff was really nice with us and helpful, place was clean and price is good. We stayed in a private double room.

I highly recommend seeing a kabuki play at the theater next door, as it is fun, modern, good value for money, welcoming to tourists, and you don't need to speak Japanese to understand it. There's also a FamilyMart down the street for convenience and you're near two different metro lines to get anywhere you want to go.

Staffs super kind and friendly, stay over 3 nights could use washing machine and dryer for free which is very helpful. The location is excellent nearby subway easily visit anyother place.
