The place is absolutely beautiful, they thought about every detail, and it was spotless clean. the location is superb, it’s exactly where you want to be to enjoy the best the CDMX has to offer, and super safe and pleasant to walk around. The dorm was very comfortable, the shared spaces are fun to hang out in, super easy to meet new people. But above all - the staff was just amazing! Guadalupe and Janet - you made my trip so much better with your good vibes and priceless recommendations! Thank you for everything, I’ll be back as soon as I can !

The Wi-Fi was fast, and the daily cleaning (except Sundays) was a big plus. The location is a bit outside the city center, but it’s well connected by metro and RTP buses, so getting around was easy. The staff were all very kind and helpful — it was a pleasure to see them around.
