Located in rather safe area, lightproof curtains, squeaky clean everywhere and plentiful activities running meanwhile not too scary for introverts like me. Also you only share bathroom with roommates, a great plus.

The location couldn’t be better, full of nightlife, art galleries, cute photo spots, green parks, delicious places to eat and also super close to public transportation (metrobus). The hostel is full of art and good vibes. The staff r super friendly and efficient (special shoutout to Víctor!). Everything is always clean - the common areas, bathrooms, showers and rooms. The beds are super comfortable, clean and each has its own curtain for extra privacy. The overall vibe is very chill and welcoming; even though Casa Amelio is just starting out, i can confidently say it’s already one of the best hostels in the city so i'd DEFINITELY come back. P.S. If u get the chance to say hi to Tomasa, DO NOT miss it! 🐾

Most of all the 'staff''. they were were warm, pleasant, helpful and attentive! It was a real pleasure to interact with them! The hostel was within a short walk of the metro and the historic centre, markets, shops, restaurants and anything you needed, was right there! There was a rooftop which was lovely to sit on in the mornings! Everything was super=clean and all the kitchen utensils were new and clean. The dorm was light and bright. The beds were new and comfortable. All the guests were interesting and really nice! I really enjoyed my stay and I'd return.

The youth Hostel has a restaurant, café and bar inside, so its perfect for young people, you will receive fresh coffee and bread daily for free. I did like the place has a lively restaurant to be in and that the service seemed pretty friendly in general. The room was surprisingly warm for a December stay. I did like I was surprised with a free dinner of beer and pizza one night. That was a nice touch.
