We booked a private room, which was beautiful and spacious, with a stunning bathroom, but honestly, the whole vibe of the place makes also the shared rooms look very appealing 💕 It’s not right in the center, but with Uber being so affordable here, getting around was super easy and never an issue. The girls at the reception were all incredibly kind and helpful, always making sure we were having a great time. A special shoutout to Jo, who gave us so many great tips 🙏🏼 We truly hope to come back here again someday!

Great location, just a 3-minute walk from both the ADO bus station and colectivo stops. The room and showers were comfortable, and the kitchen has been recently renovated, which made my stay really pleasant. Everything was spotless and I had no issues with cleanliness. Javier is honestly the best host I’ve met during all my hostel stays — very kind, always ready to chat, and extremely helpful. He gave me great advice to make the most of my trip.

The staff is friendly, easy to approach. Great breakfast for 100 pesos. The whole place is beautiful, well tended and well managed. Perfect location, quiet and a 5 to 10 min walk to the main park. All in all a lovely place to stay. Don't hesitate to reserve here.

Hostel Candelaria se nachází v centru města Valladolid, 5 minut chůze od hlavního náměstí a 500 metrů od dálnice 180 Cancún-Valladolid. Nabízí terasu a neplacené parkoviště. The ambient is amazing, a lot of plants everywhere :). Kitchen is well equiped and clean. Breakfast was very delicious and staff is friendly and helpful. We also loved the cooking class organized by the hostel.

Amy answered all of our questions and helped us arrange transportation. The communal areas and private room we stayed were very clean. Overall, great experience and I highly recommend.

This place truly made our stay in Valladolid a highlight of our 2-month trip. First off, the hotel’s location is super convenient, just a short walk from the bus station, making our arrival in Valladolid a breeze. Our private room was a good size and comfortable, and we really appreciated the cold water filter at reception. While they offered social events, we were so busy exploring we didn’t have time to join in. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable about the area, cenotes, and how to get to Chichen Itza. They offered great deals and discounts for cenote visits, which saved us money and even scored us free drinks. Originally, we had planned to do their transport tour, but the option to rent a scooter and explore on our own—avoiding the crowds—was a game-changer and made our trip so much more memorable. We genuinely feel that booking here helped us get the most out of Valladolid

Honestly, this was definitely the best hostel I've ever stayed. I was a bit tired after traveling for a few weeks and this was my sanctuary for a week and I had a great time there. Especially Emilio is supernice guy, speaks english very well, willing to help you with everything and makes sure that you are enjoying your time in Valladolid. Lav it!
