We also rented a scooter for 2 days and drove around everywhere.

The room was big, the private bathroom was also very big and everything looked like recently renovated. They are building a pool which will surely fit very nicely in the internal garden

Some rooms have air conditioning with a surcharge. We loved staying at Hostel la Candelaria. The guy in the reception was very helpful and told us many things about the history of Campeche. We took a private double bedroom, which was very comfortable and cosy. Kitchen facilities are good, toilets and showers were clean and the garden is lovely, colourful and full of plants. Breakfast was also very good. Location is perfect, it’s pretty close to the city center in a quiet square.
