Rotorua Downtown Backpackers is a modern hostel is located in the heart of Rotorua across the road from the I-Site and major bus lines. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the location is superb—it's easy to get to from the bus stop and is close to the city center. The facilities and rooms are clean and guests enjoy free coffee, tea, and also paper towels! Best of all, it's very reasonably priced. If you're planning a longer stay, be sure to ask the staff about their discount options.

The location of the property is so strategically convenient and the staff was very helpful . Iya at the reception was very friendly , she also gave me a good orientation of the place and attended to my needs for laundry. I would recommend other travellers to stay here too , good location, value for money and friendly staff . Thanks again!
