Will and Paola were excellent hosts, they booked tours for us, helped with laundry, and answered any questions we had. The room itself was basic but had everything we needed. There is also breakfast in the mornings which was very tasty and a great start to the day.

Paul is super helpful, not only he helped me arrange local tours, he is also very knowledgable of the local transportations and nearby hikes so I couldn take public transport and hike on my own. Also very considerate, make sure I have properly acclimatized before doing any hikes. On days that I had to leave early to a tour, I was given bread (basic but still nice) to take with me.

She even stayed up past midnight to let us in the first night when our bus was delayed 3 hours.

Everything was perfect, it was one of best hostels I've ever been to. It's localised very close to the city center, the beds are very big and comfortables. The bathroom in the room is spacious and tidy and shared kitchen is also big. I was welcomed with coca tea as I wasnt feeling very well when I arrived. And the Lady from the reception was an ANGEL - I had problem with my flight check-in and she spend over an hour to try to help me with that, looking in the internet and asking other hostels. In the end it worked and she saved me a looot of stress. Thank you once more! :)

The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, we could check in early and leave our luggage after check-out until our night bus. I even forgot something at the hostel, and the owner sent it to me in Lima right away. It arrived the next day.

Siamo arrivati a Huaraz in autobus alle 6 del mattino e ci hanno accolto nella loro struttura con un sorriso, la colazione cucinata sul momento e la stanza già pronta per noi. La stanza è spaziosa e pulita. Ci hanno organizzato i tour per la laguna Llanganuco e la Laguna 69 ad un ottimo prezzo e mantenuto i bagagli durante le escursioni.
