Freddy and Esther (and their daughter Lia) are super nice, when you stay here you become part of their family. Freddy took us on a coffee tour in the afternoon and explained everything about the coffee they produce and how everything works. The food we got here is amazing (both dinner and breakfast). The shower was nice and warm, and the bed was super comfy. As a bonus the stargazing on the football field next to the place was perfect as well. Definitely recommend!

My experience at Ivan’s hostel was very pleasant and he was a very generous host. We had great fun for pizza night (genuinely one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time) and had a great time playing games. Ivan has created a really impressive area surrounding the hostel with a sauna and swimming pool. The living quarters are comfortable with really big and comfortable beds. I will be back soon! The hostel manager is a lovely lady who goes above and beyond to accommodate all your needs. The place felt like home every time we returned and that says a lot. Definitely recommended for solo travelers who need a local by their side.

The accommodation is extremely well maintained and beautifully set within restored historic walls right in the center of Cusco. I could walk everywhere which made exploring the city very easy. The check in process was flexible and smooth, and I received many excellent local recommendations that made my stay even better. The hosts were exceptionally attentive and friendly. They took real time to help with every question and made me feel genuinely welcomed. Casa Terra is a place with great character, comfort and warm hospitality. I would happily stay here again and can recommend it without hesitation.
