L'unico luogo in cui la realtà supera le fotografie promozionali. Eravamo in coppia nella suite. Il prezzo potrebbe sembrare medio-alto, ma meriterebbe anche di più. È stato un peccato che siamo rimasti solo un giorno. Se l'avessimo saputo prima saremmo rimasti più giorni. Il comfort è massimo, lo staff è strepitoso, cortese e familiare. La terrazza che guarda verso la città (c'è anche per chi sta nei dormitori) è forse il posto più bello della città. Le decorazioni, le finiture, la pulizia incredibile, la disponibilità di tutto ciò che può servire in una camera (anzi, in una casa), è un valore aggiunto che rende questo posto troppo difficile da descrivere con le parole. La città merita una visita e anche qualcosa di più. Tranquilla e sicura, ricca di posti interessanti e gente molto cortese e amichevole.

Con una piscina all'aperto, un giardino, una sala comune e il WiFi gratuito, Slowly-Com Vagar è ubicato a Mourão, a 15 km da Castello di Monsaraz e 38 km da Diga di Alqueva. Well what a ‘gem’ of place to stay in whilst visiting Mourão. We did not expect what we found and as soon as were greeted by the lovely Cristina and walked through the very small door into what I can only describe as a ‘tardis’, we were quite blown away. This place is fantastic and belongs to a lady named Maria who is an artist and has her studio on the premises. Her artwork is all around the house and so are her Mum’s sculptures. The house is amazing and so spacious which surprised us, because from the outside it is quite deceiving. We were lucky and managed to park on the road opposite the house, but the roads are very narrow and if you can’t find anywhere outside, there are some parking spaces in the little square which is a few minutes walk from the property. Our room was on the ground floor and had a good size double bed and a fantastic walk-in shower in the bathroom. We were made to feel very welcome and Cristina could not do enough for us. There is a great local Portuguese restaurant a couple of doors down from the house and where we had dinner and then a short walk to the square, which is the hub of the town and where everyone gathers to sit and drink their wine at the local bar there. The breakfast was fantastic and again made and served by Cristina. There is a lovely garden outside with plenty of seating available and there is also a roof terrace with sun-loungers, where you can lounge and watch the sun go down. We did not want to leave and will definitely stay here again. This is such good value for money and I would recommend anyone to stay here, if visiting Mourao.

The owner was very kind patient and accommodating. The property was impeccably clean, quiet and the room was very comfortable.

Old Évora Hostel è ubicato a Évora, a 600 metri da Inquisition Palace e 600 metri da Igreja de Sao Joao Evangelista. The ladies running the hostel were great. The place was spotless and airy. Good location, just a few hundred meters from the central quad. Nice breakfast was included

And the little extras like fresh bottled water and pasties left every day. The lounge and breakfast kitchen with a view over Evora came in handy when I had to prepare food for my husband who has CKD. The hosts were wonderful, very kind and helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay memorable.

Clean and spacious room, even had a bidet in the room, free secured parking lot, friendly staff. Very affordable.

Easy chack in and check out, the staff is really nice, specially laura, she’s super cute and talked to me in spanish. I was lucky and had the room for myself during my stay. Everything pretty clean. A bit of noise from outside during the night but nothing that didn’t let me sleep. The room had a lovely view and there were a lot of restaurants around. It was the perfect choice with the perfect location. Breakfast was great: coffee, chocolate, bread, milk, ham, cheese, mermelade and good quality fruit.
