One of our favourite hostels during our 10 month trip. Anjar is an incredible host - he kindly greeted us at the pier and made us feel immediately welcome. The property overlooks a tropical garden with the most magical terrace. We spent our time watching the rain and enjoying nature whilst drinking a coffee, or morning yoga using their complimentary mats! It’s in a quieter area, immersed in nature… Anjar can have a scooter delivered to you on arrival if you want to explore the island. This place is truly magical and I wish we could return.

This is truly one of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed in. absolutely fantastic! everything is spotlessly clean, and the shared kitchen area is really nice. The room was very comfortable and clean. It had all you need for comfortable stay. It was also cleaned by request during our long stay. Common kitchen well equipped, had mixer, microwave, toaster, rice cooker and gas stove with all utilities. I cooked breakfasts and sometimes even dinners there. Plenty areas where you can chill in common area. Good WiFi. Location is quiet and a bit distant from supermarkets, atm and exchange. But stuff was very accommodating and helped us with the ride for very friendly price. Also you can rent a scooter and it will be very convenient. There are few nice restaurants in a walking distance, beach is 400 meters from the place. It’s ok to swim in the evening, but in the morning time ebb tide is strong and you will need swimming shoes to go through line of stones to reach water. Overall we had great stay there.

The place is right by the beach and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. The staff were kind and always ready to help with anything. Great value for money and perfect for anyone looking for beachfront getaway. Highly recommended!
