Situated in Chiang Rai, 400 metres from Statue of King Mengrai, Baan Mai Kradan Hostel Chiang Rai features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. This was my favorite hostel. It was super chill and relaxed and there was plenty of hang out space. Also free tea! I would definitely recommend.

All rooms will provide guests with a fridge. Great place to meet people and a really good part of Chiang Mai, everything is so convenient, there's also a park near where people workout and do yoga in the morning. The owner is a great guy, very nice and helpful, the staff are lovely. I was lucky to meet some fellow travelers who turned out to be amazing people and made my stay in Chiang Mai more exciting. Would definitely go back there again, if I have the chance.

The owner Fred was an amazing host, very welcoming and gave us a lot of good recommendations of what to visit and where to eat.

Great location—just a 5-minute walk to the night street, but tucked away in a quiet spot perfect for relaxing. 10 minutes walking to minivan station. The atmosphere is super chill, especially in the lounge area where it's easy to unwind or meet other travelers. The bathroom was impressively clean throughout my stay. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a good balance of nightlife access and laid-back vibes.
