It couldn't have been better! We have spent 4 nights there, everything was great : the cleanness, the common areas with free tea and coffee, baby-foot, TV, and many cosy places where to chill and relax. The rooftop with good view and many tables/chairs. The staff who is very helpful and friendly. The capsule are big and the bed comfortable. They also have a scooter parking lot behind the hostel, so perfect place to park the scooter if you have one or rent one. The area is quiet and there is a nice night market and convenient stores just accross the street. Good wifi connexion. We loved everything there!

Very spacious. Very welcoming. Dorm size very roomy with good size lockers. Bed space great and comfy. Fab kitchen to cook in, well equipped. Family are lovely hosts. Shower roomy and good. Location nice, quiet, short walk from bus depot and town centre, which have great food markets.

The language barrier might be a difficulty for some, but the hospitality, especially by the sweet grandma, more than makes up for it. It helps that she gave me some snacks and cut fruit. The hostel was clean and comfortable. It was just a minute to the nearest bus stop. The train station is further away, but they lent me a bicycle to go exploring the nearby area.

Staying here was such a fun and relaxing experience. The vibe is chill, the rooms are clean and comfy, and the location is spot-on for exploring Sun Moon Lake. The staff were super friendly and made everything easy. Plus, getting discounted tickets at check-in was a nice little perk. Totally worth it!
