Helpful and nice staff. Very cleaning, staff are always cleaning. Bathrooms were really nice and pods were comfortable. Would stay again!

Location is superb first, very close to city’s Shennong street so as other shops and temples. Most staff are also living there and even though they speak little English, try to treat you warmly w/ heart. Both my room and common places were all clean and well organised. Offering free snack, tea and coffee was just fantastic. Shower and toilet all worked well. The bed was pretty comfy, AC was powerful and having its own outlets, lights and curtains was great. But the best thing was 3 cute cats living in the hostel I’d say. My personal favorite was a white Persian cat. She was incredibly cute and adorable haha.

Absolutely the best and most thoughtful hostel I've stayed in from my years of visiting Taiwan! The owner knows what backpackers need, especially towards those who don't understand Mandarin. All the signs and notices are in English. Cute little cards in bilingual about different popular destinations in Tainan, making transportation for foreigners in Taiwan a tad bit easier. Very thoughtful! There are also free activities each night, and I had so much fun learning how to roast your own coffee beans and also make some friends along the way. The owner would also provide lots of good tips and suggestions for visiting Tainan, so don't miss out on the 1st night like I did. Location, location, location. Can't get better location than right next to train station. And it is very funny that the entrance is inside a convenient store, watching shoppers wondering about this mysteries orange door of hostel gave me quite a chuckle. IONIC HAIR DRYER IS A GOD SEND!! My messy short hair can finally have 2 good days during my trip lol. Free washing machine with detergent provided, and NTD$50 for dryer. Shampoo and shower gel are also provided. Fridge, coffee machines, free tea bags, free simple breakfast. I feel like got way more than I paid for. Bunk bed with curtains, personal lockers , lockable dorm room, separate bathroom for ladies and gents. Earplugs, toothbrush and towel for NTD$20 if needed. 10 out of 10 would stay here again next time I visit Tainan!
