Located within 5.1 km of Taitung Night Market and 3.1 km of National Museum of Prehistory, Cong Sen Backpackers Hostel provides rooms in Taitung City. The hostel is simple, clean and friendly. The host (Shaun) was so nice. I immediately felt welcome and was introduced to some of the other guests, who I ended up getting dinner with. Any hostel can give you a bed, this one gave me a fantastic experience and some lovely friends. thank you Shaun.

This is a great hostel with friendly, welcoming hosts! I found the bed to be really comfortable and the room to be spacious and clean. The common areas are also nice and relaxing and there was a large space for bicycles. The two hosts were exceptionally nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Very relaxed and cosy with a delicious breakfast and comfortable beds. The host is incredibly kind and helpful, and is able to recommend many activities that can be done in the area as well as other parts of Taiwan. Can’t recommend staying here enough!

Water, tea, instant coffee and snacks available for free. Bedrooms and bathrooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Bikes available for free (I think!). More a place to go with friends rather than meet new friends. Nice, large kitchen, I think you can use to cook. Could leave bags pre check-in and post check-out. Great value for money. Owner spoke some English.
