The location couldn’t be better: walking distance to major attractions, great cafes, and public transport. Wi-Fi was fast, the beds were comfortable, and the atmosphere was friendly and laid-back. Highly recommend for solo travelers, backpackers, or anyone looking for a budget-friendly yet quality stay!

Ross was a perfect host and gave us all the information we needed and more! The highlight was the loop tour we did with Nomadders. Not only that, they also helped me arrange a pick-up from Noi Bai Airport right after I landed from Bangkok, Thailand. At the reception, there was a very friendly staff member who even offered me a bottle of local soft drink while I was waiting. They were truly caring and great listeners. We also booked the 4 days Ha Giang Loop tour with them. At first, I didn’t expect much because the weather wasn’t great, but it turned out to be the most fun and memorable trip of my entire 2-month holiday. A huge thank you to Son-the front desk for his kindness and care during my stay. He truly made my experience in Hanoi unforgettable, and I would recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Vietnam – especially if you want a personal touch and exceptional hospitality.
