Please note that hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking without any notice if the guests credit card cannot be pre-authorized/pre blocked. The credit card used to make the booking is required to present upon arrival. In the event of early departure, the amount will subsequently be refunded on the Debit / Credit Card used for payment within 14 working days.

For refundable bookings, pre-authorization for the first night will be done 2 weeks prior to arrival. For non-refundable bookings, credit card/debit card will be charged for the amount of the entire stay at the time when booking is made and will not be refunded.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.
