The hotel can arrange a visa for you after making your reservation, please contact the hotel directly using the contact details provided in your confirmation email.

Please note that the credit card used at booking must be presented at time of check-in.

Please note that transfers to and from Dubai International Airport are available on a request basis from the hotel for a surcharge.

Please note the pool is undergoing maintenance until further notice ,to ensure the continued enjoyment and satisfaction of our guest guests during this period, we have arrange for alternative swimming options just 2 minutes away from the hotel.

Carlton Tower Hotel will undergo essential maintenance and improvement works starting 6th of August 2025. These works are expected to cause some daytime disturbance between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. We sincerely apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause our guests during their stay. The project includes a complete refurbishment of the swimming pool as well as structural enhancements to the hotel’s main building.
