The apartment comes with a private beach, swimming pools along with kids' playground. It is the perfect place to get away from busy city life to relax and unwind. There is a well stocked grocery store, pharmacy, gym, saloon located in the building. The apartment is also a perfect choice if you wish to stay with us and get a day pass at Rixos. Deposit We have a refundable security deposit of 1,000aed that will be collected at the time of check in. This deposit will be returned back to you at the time of check out if the apartment is returned back in the same condition without any breakages. Documents required Passport copy or government issued ID of all guests Check in/out times check in time: 3PM onwards check out time: 9AM to 11AM Please note it takes us 4 hours to clean the apartment and get it ready for the next guest who will check in at 3PM. If you wish to stay longer in the apartment, please let us know and you can choose to have a late check out. Here are late check out cost. 11AM to 1PM: 250aed 1PM onwards: night rate Lost key If the event of keys for the apartment being lost, there will be a change of 350aed Smoking We are a smoke free apartment and we would like you to use the balcony or designated smoking areas in the building if you are a smoker. If cigarette odor or cigarettes are found in the apartment, there will be a 500aed charge. Cleaning We offer free cleaning once a week if your booking is made for minimum of 7 nights. If your booking is for a shorter duration, you can choose to add cleaning to your apartment. Cleaning along with fresh linen and towels cost 75aed per visit.
