To ensure a smooth check-in process, please complete all required details and submit the necessary documents (passport or Emirates ID). These steps are mandatory per building management and Dubai Tourism regulations. Failure to comply may result in denied access.

✔ Arrival:
Please share your estimated arrival time in advance.
✔ A security deposit of AED 2,000 is required. It is fully refundable after check-out, provided there are no damages or violations of the house rules.
During Your Stay:
✔ Be Respectful:
Please be considerate of our neighbors, follow Dubai’s laws, and take care of the property and its furniture.
✔ No Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, and disposing of cigarette butts improperly is not allowed. If smoking is detected, a penalty of AED 3,500 will apply.
✔ Damage & Stains:
Any stains on beds, sofas, carpets, or walls will incur a penalty of AED 700.
Any broken items will be charged AED 1,000 and above, depending on the damage.

Check-out is strictly at 12:00 PM.
✔ Late Check-Out:
Check-out after 12:00 PM will result in a penalty of AED 1,000.
