Located in Downtown Dubai, this apartment is next door to Burj Khalifa, The Dubai Mall and the world’s tallest performing fountain show. Guests of Burj Residence can enjoy from a variety of luxury amenities when staying with us, such as two swimming pools, squash courts, badminton court, a fitness centre including changing rooms and steam rooms, a mini-theatre, library, meeting room, day care and playground and a business centre for corporate guests. This spacious 1BR apartment is furnished with an L-shaped sofa and dining table to seat four comfortably, overlooked by the fully equipped kitchen with service window. The living area also offers a large guest bathroom immediate from the entrance. The bedroom contains a large king-size bed, dressing table with wall-mounted mirror, stool and a lounge chair. A walk-in wardrobe means there is no worry of space for all your holiday attire. You will also find an en suite bathroom with bath and shower fittings, toilet and large sink area.

Downtown Dubai is the dynamic hub of this burgeoning young city, filled with the regions biggest and the world’s greatest attractions such as The Dubai Mall, the world’s largest shopping and entertainment destination, The Dubai Fountain, the world’s tallest performing fountain and of course the world’s tallest building, Burj Khalifa. All of which are a short walking distance from the apartment, along with the Dubai Opera House and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, the vibrant thoroughfare dotted with cafes and retail outlets. Whenever you’re ready to head out into the city, a 10-minute taxi will take you to trendy DIFC for fine dining experiences Dubai style. For those lazy beach days, a taxi will get you to the Arabian Gulf in 5 minutes and for the more adventurous traveller, how about venturing out to Dubai Creek and taking a Dhow Dinner Cruise. When you’re ready to explore the city further afield, you can take the Dubai Metro or an RTA taxi. Uber and other car services are also available and widely used throughout the Emirate.
