Please note, as per UAE law, an official ID is required to check-in into the hotel room. The ID’s acceptable are original passport and UAE national ID for all adults and accompanied children. The hotel holds the right to refuse check-in if a valid ID as specified is not presented upon check-in, and the first-night room charge will be applicable. Original and physical ID must be presented upon check-in. ID copies will not be accepted.

A damage deposit of AED 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
