Enjoy the entertainment and dining area with a flat-screen TV and a comfortable seating arrangement. Kitchen & Dining: The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, cooking utensils, and a dining table perfect for family meals or entertaining guests. Please note : Due to a nearby construction project, you may experience some noise during your stay, but we’ve done our best to ensure the apartment offers a comfortable retreat from the city’s buzz. Check-in method: The standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 09:00 PM Kindly inform us of your anticipated arrival time well in advance to facilitate the collection of building access cards. A designated representative will personally meet you to provide the cards. Guests arriving between 09:00 PM to Midnight will incur an additional charge of 50 AED for checking in outside of the designated hours. After these hours, it will be a NO SHOW.
