Apartments owned by Nikaj family which has been welcoming guests since 2008 as long-term renting apartments. In June 2019 we decided to renovate all our Apartments to offer our guests a unique experience combined with luxury. We care for every details and try our best to make the guest‘s stay an unforgettable one. Our Apartments are all renovated and fully furnished in modern style. Some of them feature a balcony which can be chosen on Booking categories.
Located in the heart of the city, everything guests might need is with walking distance. Independence Square and old town are just 500m away from the Apartments and just 100m away is the main boulevard. The nearest beach of Adriatic sea is 1.2km away or 6min with the public transport.
Neighborhood is paralel with the Boulevard which makes it quiet. There are plenty of Supermarkets, Bars, and Restaurants in the area.
