Big apartment in with enough space for a family till six members near to the Beach of Golemi in Durrës. Very easy to find,not too much road to drive till there. The distance from the Sea is around 100-150 meters by foot. Located in a very peaceful area,secured by Camera and a surrounded wall for your safe. Near to the property you can find not only Sea and Sand,but a lot of Bars,Clubs,Restaurants, Supermarkets, Pizzeria,and much more to discover.
An 115 Meter Square Apartement parted in three Badrooms and one Living Room to rent for all of the year with facilities and much more to live, weekend, summer holidays etc. In Apartment inside you can cook in a modern kitchen and enjoy a Fireplace if you want.
There are many resorts nearby,many Beaches full of Sand and Sun to enjoy. Clubs,Bars,Restaurants and Pizzeria.
